Program Update:

The Canada-Japan Co-op Program administration moved from the University of Victoria to the University of British Columbia in 2005. With the move of administration came the opportunity to review the program mandate, vision and mission and determine the strategic objectives for the future. Changes were made to attract more educational institution interest, increase student participation and increase the number of participating Japanese host companies.

We maintain close ties with our alumni and enjoy hearing about their successes after graduation. In addition to the wonderful stories about the lives and careers of our alumni, many have also returned to Japan for vacation, graduate studies, as well as contract and full-time employment.

The continued feedback and suggestions from our alumni greatly assist in further tailoring our program for students and employers. Therefore we welcome comments from past students, which will be an integral basis for our annual process review aimed at improving program effectiveness.

Alumni Survey:
